On the Right: Are sequence of pictures which show how
the Global Toilet (GT) can be installed in your washroom.
First shut off the flush water valve in your toilet
(below the flush tank )empty the flush tank by flushing / unbolt it
from the base of toilet / disconnect the water hose from the tank base ,
remove the tank.
Remover the Western toilet bowl by unscrewing the 2
nuts .
Spares needed are shown in this picture ----->
Place the gasket ( rubber or wax gasket ) on the floor
outlet ( floor waste outlet ) , insert the brass bolts 2 nos' in the
slots of the adapter. The bolts must be vertical ( use plastic washers
to secure bolts vertically ).
Hook up the flexible pipe to the inlet at the bottom of
the flush tank.
Insert a 3" outer dia pipe below the GT , till about
half of GT's length.
Hold GT from front applying downward pressure so that
flush tank end is up. Then push the GT ( make sure to keep downward
pressure ) forward till the holes on GT come over the vertical bolts
arranged below.
Slowly lower the GT on the vertical bolts.
Secure the GT with nuts and steel washers use a
spanner till the nut is moderately tight.Make sure to tighten
nuts alternately to avoid excessive pressure on one side. Caution
: tightening too mush may crack the ceramic bottom portion of GT.
Hook up the water hose to the water inlet valve located
beneath the flush tank in your bathroom , open the valve for the flush
tank to get filled.
